Publishing History

2005

The Diluted Church

After 14 years of research on church-state relations, Timothy L Price published his first book named The Diluted Church. The title is still available today and could not be more applicable to the modern age, given how society is progressing.

2013

The Coming Caesars

In 2013, Timothy L Price revived a political commentary classic from 1957, The Coming Caesars. Given how US presidents have shaped foreign policy after the fall of the Soviet Union, this title speaks more of the current era, rather than to when it was first published.

2021

Labyrinth of the World and Paradise of the Heart

Reprising the 400-year-old classic allegory, which inspired Pilgrim’s Progress, Labyrinth of the World and Paradise of the Heart is Timothy’s biggest inspiration and commercial success to date.

2024

100+ Words I’ve Not Lived Without

Timothy’s latest work is a mash-up between a memoir and a vocabulary book titled 100+ Words I’ve Not Lived Without and a new gospel tract: Steps to Life in the Kingdom of God

Keep up with Tim on Substack

Tim has over a 1000 followers who follow him on Substack, where he writes reflections on costly discipleship as present allegiance to the kingdom of God—resisting power-over beliefs and political churchianity—while pursuing faithfulness over coercion, reach, or social approval.

Review Tim’s works on Academia

I hope to spread the understanding that the Kingdom of God is a now-reality: the two-kingdoms understanding of the Anabaptists. We, who cooperate in God’s kingdom, will contrast the unregenerate order of humankind around us and Christendom’s public cult by being a competitive, mutually exclusive reality they cannot avoid or deny.

My Journey As An Author

Reading Interests and Inspirations

History, Biographies, church-state relations, and subject studies are some common threads of Price’s reading. Allegory is another, which he is a sucker for reading. Price likes books with indexes, appendices, bibliographic sections, and glossaries. Details, nomenclature, and specifics interest Price.

Education

Timothy L Price and Pam completed studies at Omaha Bible School—an exegetical study through the Bible and related subjects. In 2000, they joined Youth With A Mission for Discipleship Training School. Timothy completed an ESL training course because of the family’s outreach to adult-foreign students. He never graduated from the University of Hard Knocks but earned a Gs.D. degree (that is—Get, another word for Stuff, Done).

Other Interests

Timothy L Price loves to travel and see the sights. During his Corporate Media days, he regularly traveled to 32 states for Class-1 railroads. He’s been to Canada many times as well as Holland, Germany, England, Romania, Mexico, and Japan. Price has also been an avid photographer. Price is a simple-church advocate—wherever two or three are gathered… (Mt. 18:20).
